Business Obligations (Before Sale)
Provide Clear Info: Identity, description, price, delivery costs, payment methods, cancellation rights, and complaint process.
Confirm Contract: Send contract details (like terms) on a durable medium (email/paper).
Error Correction: Allow customers to correct order errors easily.
Payment in full is required before items can be delivered or collected.
If a deposit is agreed for a workshop/party it is non-refundable if the customer cancellation is not made within 7 days of the workshop/party date. Non-refundable deposits are upfront payments that secure a good or service, which the buyer forfeits if they cancel, fail to pay, or break the contract. They act as compensation for the seller's lost time, resources, or potential sales to other customers.
If cancellation is by the seller, the deposit will be refunded.
Corrine will always discuss this at the time of cancellation.
Postage
Items can be sent to the UK via 1st or 2nd class, international postage is available.
USA please be aware you will be subject to tarrifs, at this time it is believed to be 10%
The buyer is responsible for all taxes incurred in other countries.
